According to Ishmael:
According to Ishmael people should live like animals. We should only take what we need. The world shouldn't belong to us, but we should belong to the world. Live as passive animals and not dominate and think we know better. Ishmael wants all the takers to turn back into leavers and put themselves in the hands of the gods. So basicly we need to undo everthing we've done to the earth since we became takers.
According to Me:
According to me, I think we sort of have to do the same thing to a lesser extent. So we do need to stop doing stuff like pollution of the air and oceans for our own gain. On the contrary, I think we still should be more advanced than other animals with houses and stuff. But we shouldn't do things that directly harm the planet, like deforestation and land fills. We can still live as takers but not do anything that will hurt the earth.

QQC #4
Q:"The world of the Takers is one vast prison, and except for a handful of Leavers scattered across the world, the entire human race is now inside that prison."
Q: Who are those Leavers?
C: When I Think about the world of people and all the different cultures, I can't really think of one that hasn't changed into a taker society. If there is such thing, what are they like? where do they live? Even if there was such a thing I would assume that they would have died off from the over dominance of the takers. Can eveyone in the world really live like them?

Q:It (the agricultural revolution)didn't end. It just spread. It's been spreading ever since it began back there ten thousand years ago...
Q: Will anything ever stop us from spreading like this?
C: I feel like nothing will stop humans from growing and growing, I mean we already have reason enough with the global warming and the animals dying. That hasn't stopped us so what will? I mean if anything will. So I think to fix this we need to take a look at what we have done and relize all the damage. Then maybe there will bean end to this agricultural revolution.

QQC #2
Q: "If the world was made for us, then it belongs to us and we can do whatever we damn well please with it"
Q: If the world belongs to humans then why do they do things to the world that will end badly for the humans?
C: Humans own the world. Humans do things like pollute and cut down trees. They know that things like that will harm them also. they do it knowingly and still don't care. They are harming themselves and "their" environment. Why would they do things like that? I think that they should do some things that would actually prevent stuff like that. Wouldn't they want to preserve the thing that keeps them alive?

The Story of Man.....
When I think of the story of man this story comes to mind: In the very beginning some how the earth became suitable for inhabitants. The very first organisms began to flourish and over time they evolved and expanded into a spectrum of animals. Man was one of the animals created among these ones. But man had the potential to have a mental advantage over the others. So through natural selection and such, man started becoming smarter and smarter. Cavemen made tools and weapons. It went on from there. Man became so smart as to have entire control over the world and other animals. Technology and innovation is constantly happening in the world of man that they forget to care about the world they live in and the other animals. As an effect the world and it's animals are dying because of them. That's where they are now.

Ishmael QQC #1
Q:"He stared at me for a while without replying....Then he proceeded as if I hadn't spoken at all"
Q:Why doesn't the gorilla want to tell Ishmael what his name is?
C: It seems interesting that the gorilla won't tell his name. What is it that makes him not do this. What happened to the gorilla. More of a question would be why can the gorilla talk at all.
